Your first step is to contact me! We will chat through email to make sure we are a good fit. I accept a limited number of clients and want to ensure success in your case. If I don't think my services are right for you, I will do my best to refer you!

You book your initial consultation online for a online call. We spend 60-90min going over you and your ailments. You won't feel rushed like many practitioners, this appointment is all about you!

I'll often recommend remedies at the end of our consultation. Otherwise, you will receive your health plan within a couple days, with details on what remedies to order. Remedies are generally $10 or less per remedy. I often include other supplemental or lifestyle recommendations.

We'll have a follow-up consultation 4-8 weeks after the initial. This is where we'll review, and go over any new symptoms. Your prescription may change or get added to. Depending on your case, we'll continue follow-ups every few weeks to months until resolved.
